New! BabyMama Bellydance

Did you know that Bellydance is based on exercises that help you to prepare your body for childbirth and to heal afterwards?  Help ease your body through labor and then back into shape after delivery in this gentle class.  Wear your baby while you participate - either in your belly or in a baby carrier!  It’s your first “Mommy and Me” class!  Instructor: Kimmy

NEW!Burlesque Goddess Workout! Get just a little naughty while you’re burning those calories! This sensual workout class will help you find a positive body image, along with laughter and an all around good time!  Bring a feather boa- or borrow one of ours. Instructor: Amira

 

Bellydance for the Mature Goddess
A class for any age, but targeted towards those who want a no-pressure environment to learn the basics of bellydance and celebrate the beauty of being a woman. Any age, any dance level, any size.

A multi cultural bellydance fitness class built on the traditional feminine form of self expression.  Burns between 300-500 calories, increases strength & stamina, tones core muscles. Enhance positive body image and find your sensuality. Any age, level, or size welcome.

Hoopercise™
The fitness craze that everyone is talking about! Founded right here in Traverse City. Using special comfort hoops, blast calories and have a great time!

Intermediate Bellydance Choreography
Take what you’ve learned in beginner class and put it together to create a simple choreography

Introduction to Tribal Fusion Bellydance
An absolute basics class - an introduction to the “tribal fusion” style of bellydance. This is a more muscular form where the dancer mesmerizes her audience by pulling their energy and attention to her practiced and styled movements.

Partner Dance
Designed to make couples comfortable with each other on the dance floor by teaching you to connect with you partner and doing a variety of simple moves. Whether at a wedding or just going out for the fun of it, this class will make you and your partner look good.  Styles include: Slow, Waltz, Swing, Polka, Two Step, and Latin.

Private Dancer Tease & Tone
