Beledi is proud to offer Clinical Massage Therapy by Penny Morris, CMT - located right inside our studio! This clinical, deep-tissue massage can relieve pain, enhance blood flow and endorphine production, and help increase range of motion. Treatment includes moist heat packs for additional relaxation.
